Types of companies and documents required to open company on gold Package

  • Application form
  • Passport copy of the proposed owner
  •  Two colour passport size photos with white background
  • Three company name options
  • Company should decide on the capital to a maximum of AED100,000

More than one owner (FZC)

  • Application form
  • Passport copy for each partner
  • Two colour photograph for each partner
  • Clients decided capital. Maximum up to AED100,000
  • Application form
  • Certificate of Incorporation of the mother company
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association of the mother company
  • Board Resolution detailing the formation of the branch or the subsidiary nominating authorized manager
  • Passport copy with six months validity of the representative or the manager of the company
  • Two colour photograph for manager
  • Capital: No Capital required

NOTE:
Documents 2, 3 and 4 should be attested by the UAE Embassy in the company’s country of origin followed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE
